• The Problem Solving Assessment will be counted towards FA 4
which is 10% of total assessments of class IX.which is 10% of total assessments of class IX.
• This assessment will also be carried forward towards the FA 4 in
class X. Improvement Chance is to be given to X class students
scoring low marks in class IX with the students of class IX of
current academic session.
• This score will be reflected in one language (English or Hindi),
Mathematics, Science and Social Science.
• The students of Class XI will get a certificate on the Problem
Solving Assessment.
Value Based Questions have been introduced in all the
subjects in Classes IV-XII. The questions will be of 5 marks
in a question paper of 100 marks and 3-4 marks in a
question paper of 70-90 marks.
4. CPSA (Common Problem Solving Assessment)CPSA (Common Problem Solving Assessment)� The Common Problem Solving Assessment is held twice for classes IV to VIII & once for
classes IX to XII in an academic year.
� CPSA shall be held on the pattern of CBSE – PSA (Problem Solving Assessment) QuestionPaper.
� It would contain 40 questions for class IV & V, 60 questions of MCQ type for of 2 Hrsduration.
� No particular syllabus shall be prescribed.

Promotion Policy for Classes IX-X
�It is mandatory to obtain at least 25% marks in the Summative
Assessments (both SA1 and SA2 taken together). Those obtaining less
than 25% marks in a subject in SA1+SA2 shall not qualify that subject.
�To qualify in a subject, a candidate must obtain minimum Grade D.
�If mandatory 25% marks have NOT been obtained in the Summative
Assessments in the subject, Grade E1 or E2 NOT E1 or E2 NOT to be upgradedupgraded.
�Those candidates who have obtained Grade E1 or E2 in the
subject(s) shall have to appear in EIOP Examination to improve their
performance to qualify in the subject(s).
To qualify in a subject, a candidate must obtain minimum Grade D.

�The aim of the result analysis is to find the weak spots / areas where we need to focus for ensuring progress in the next academic year.

Adhaar No. should be written on the EEC if the student have Adhaar No. if the student does not have then write NA in the given place.
