CAUTION: Use your common sense and ingenuity with thismanual. Some sections report dosage requirements, others are assumedto be normal amounts as listed in Chapters 1-2-3 of Vitamins, Mineralsand Proteins. Be aware that everyone is different, no one dosage workswith every person. An allergy-prone person or child requires less than awoman, both of whom usually require less than a robust male.

Do not overdo any thing. Take supplements for a while, then pause,do without, cycle into other choices, with nutritional favorites to return.

Be moderate with herb usage, normally a half to one teaspoon for1-2 cups of tea is sufficient. Of the herbal formulas, some list proportions;if not, use equal amounts of each ingredient, and mix thoroughly; muscletest reflexively for the proper dosage for you, usually a half to 1 tsp. percup of hot water.

Use herbal oils sparingly, they are concentrated and powerful.

Study your ancestors for genetic strengths and weaknesses. Checkyour blood type for recommended and potential toxic food lectins.

Do hair, saliva and blood testing to determine where you standwith current mineral and nutrient levels.

Improve your pure positive thoughts, living foods frucerean diet, breathing and exercise for Oxygen, moderate sun exposure.

Educate and associate with like-minded individuals, & supportwholistic endeavors. You can most improve dealing with smarter people.

Above all, have fun, laugh, love and think positively to maximizeexperienced reality. Praise GodSpirit and unify with eternal Divinity.

Your body cells are your best friends. Keep them that way.

"The Lord created medicines from the Earth, and a sensible manwill not despise them," Ecclesiasticus 34:4.
