Offshore Wind Services Tetra Tech provides comprehensive and fully integrated environmental, permitting, engineering, and construction services throughout all phases of projects for the offshore wind industry. We possess unparalleled experience and understanding of the requirements for executing commercial-scale offshore wind projects in the United States, enabling our clients to streamline the complex interactions among federal, state, and local governing agencies. Our team permitted the only two U.S.-based offshore wind farms authorized for construction: Block Island Wind Farm—North America’s first operational offshore wind farm—and the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Project. Tetra Tech developed eight Site Assessment Plans (SAP) and/or Interim Policy Lease Project Plans for meteorological ocean facilities deployment on the outer continental shelf. Tetra Tech also developed four Construction and Operations Plans (COPs) and is currently developing two additional COPs.
