Critically-acclaimed Cardology began when three family members, working in professional roles, felt their worldwas speeding up, and they were losing touch of the meaningful interactions they once enjoyed so much. They

discovered the beauty of pop-up paper engineering in the Far East and pondered whether their own designs couldhelp others searching to build similar connections. Making full use of their engineering backgrounds, production

started in April 2014 and they haven’t looked back since.

We sell in multiples of 6 cards.

We offer a Carriage Paid service on all orders of £100 or more. We're equally happy to take smaller orders,

where a delivery charge of £7 will apply.

All of our advertised prices, including delivery charges, are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Our Recommended Retail Prices represent our standard prices when selling our products directly to the public

via our own website.

For the first three orders, payment is due at the time of order placement. Subject to appropriate credit

checks and continued timely payment, we typically offer +30 day terms for customers thereafter.

Online payment is preferred and bank details will be shared at the time of order placement.

Late payments will incur interest, and these rates are outlined in our wider t&cs.

In addition to your statutory rights, we will replace or refund product falling below your high standards,

and also refund the cost of posting such items back to us.

We do have some exclusions (like bespoke work, where our guarantee is based on the quality of the

prototype we agree with you).

In all cases, we ask you to check your orders carefully, as there are some reasonable time limits to

this guarantee.

By purchasing, you agree to only actively market, distribute and sell these products within the UK, Isle of

Man and RoI. To avoid any doubt, this term does not stop you reactively selling into any other countries

covered by the Treaty of Rome agreement.

We're happy to take orders from bricks and mortar customers selling from smart premises and their own

brand websites, and occasionally give written permission for online retailers to sell on their own-brand

websites. Customers are specifically not permitted to sell our products on third-party websites such as

Amazon or Ebay.
