The following objects will be evacuated by June 15,1947 at the responsibility of their owners.

Where there is a special reason preventing an ownerfrom evacuating them within the.above period, he mustinform the fact to the Hakodate Harbor Master for ap-proval.

When an owner fails to evacuate them within theabove period, the competent authority will, according tothe provision of Art. 15 of the Open Harbor Regulations,evacuate or destroy them in his place and at the owner's

expense.It is further requested that when an owner intends

to start such evacuating operations, he will inform to thateffect to the Harbor Master and obey the instructionsthereof. The same procedure is requested when theoperations have been completed.
