What is his problem ?

Randall had a romance with Abbe, a colleague. They exchange some emails in jully and in august.

In the first email, Randall wants she comes back to him because he is not with his wife, Jenna. If she disagree, he proposed to move her to another department.

In the second email, Abbe respond to him : His behaviour is inappropriate and she accused him to communicate poorly with her.

She accuses him of sexual assault.

What is his position regarding the problem?

Regarding the problem, Randall takes a victim position.

He doesn’t assume his acts, he seems very embarrassed. He doesn’t gauge the weigh of this situation.

What are his emotions, behaviour in the meeting ?

In the meeting, Randall is lost and very annoyed. He tries to convinced his boss he is on a right position.

He trusts it isn’t anormal to have a romance, and doesn’t understand how a woman can complaint against him.

At the end, he accepts what his boss tell him, in order to resolve the situation.
