Terms and conditions:-

1. He/She is appointed purely on temporary basis. This appointment is

against temporary post and his/her confirmation against substantive

post shall be considered on the basis of his/her seniority and record

of service as and when such post is available. The benefit of ante-date

appointment w.e.f. 29.06.2017 will be admissible to him/her only for

notional pay fixation and seniority and actual financial benefits will be

admissible to him/her from the date he/she joins duty as PGT Urdu.

2. He/She shall has to take an oath of allegiance to the Constitution of

India.

3. In case he/she is married, he/she shall produce a certificate, before

joining duty, to the effect that he/she has only one living spouse. If

he/she has more than one living spouse, he/she shall be eligible for

appointment to the post offered only after the Government is satisfied

. that he/she has special ground for doing so, and exempt his/her from

this condition.

.4. He/She shall riot be. allowed to apply for any post outside the

department for a period of at least five years. 5. He/She shall not claim seniority on the basis of this order. His/her

inter-se seniority will also be decided in accordance with the relevant

service rules and instructions of the State Government issued from

time to time later on.

6. He/She shall be on probation for a period of two years. The period of

probation can be extended for a period not exceeding one year, if

considered necessary.

7. In the matters, not specifically mentioned in this communication,

he/she shall be governed by the Punjab Civil Services Rules as

applicable to Haryana Government Employee and such orders/

instructions as may be issued by the Government from time to time. 8. In case of reserved category candidate, the appointment is provisional

and is subject to verification of the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled

tribes/ Backward Class and ESM Category Certificate. If the

verification reveals that the claim of belonging to SC/ST/BC and ESM,

as the case may be, is false then his/her service will be terminated

forthwith without assigning any further reason and without prejudice

to such further action as may be taken under provisions of the Indian

Penal Code for production of false certificate. 9. Candidate is hereby directed to produce his/her original certificates of

academic qualifications, and other relevant certificate to the .District

Education Officer, Concerned alongwith photostate self- attested

copies. District Education Officer is directed to compare the photo

copies with the original and thereafter original certificates and

testimonials will be returned to the candidate.

10. Medical fitness certificate issued by the concerned Civil Surgeon will

be produced before the joining. District Education Officer will also give

character and antecedent verification forms to her and after filling the

form, the candidate would submit it to the District Education Officer,

Concerned immediately.

11. He/She shall be governed by the Haryana State Education School

Cadre (Group-B) Service Rules-2012.

12. If at any time during the course of his/her temporary appointment,

he/she desires to resign, then in such eventuality, he/she shall be

required to give one month's notice or forfeit, in lieu thereof, his/her

one month's salary including allowances etc.

13. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidate for joining as PGT.

14. If he/she gets an appointment as PGT on the basis of his/her

furnishing ineligible/invalid qualifications, false/forged or fraudulent

information/ facts which are detected later on, he/she would be liable

for termination of service without any notice.

15. The appointment will be subject to the condition of good moral

character as the verification report is awaited from the District

Magistrate, concerned and Superintendent of Police, concerned.

16. If he/she is willing to accept this offer of appointment as PGT, HES-II

(School Cadre) on the above terms and conditions, she should submit

his/her joining report as per aforesaid directions.

10. If he has passed the type test already as per his service condition in his parent Department, he

would get increment usually provided that there should he entry in this regard in his service

book. Otherwise, he will have to pass type test As per Govt. Notification No. G.S.R.

65/Const./Art. 309/2013 dated 08.11.2013. Till he pass the said type test he will not be

allowed increment until he passes such test. After passing the type test he will be allowed the

due annual increment (s) following the date from passing the test but no arrear will be

allowed.

11. His services will be governed under the New Pension Scheme of the Haryana, Government.

12. No T.A/D.A. will be allowed to him for joining this post.

ORDER In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under rule 34 (1) of Haryana School Education, Rules,

1. This permanent Recognition is granted that on the subject to the condition that the documents/information furnished by the school authorities are factual and not devoid of truth in any way. However, if any information at any stage, is found contrary to the facts the recognition would be revoked forthwith.

2. The school shall follow the course of study as per syllabus prescribed by the affiliated board. 3.

The school shall charge fees and funds as declared to the appropriate authority at the time of application for recognition and display the same on the notice board of the school and shall not increase the fees during the any academic session. In case of any change in the fee structure the school shall inform to the appropriate authority in the month of January for the next academic year and will also issue printed receipts of fees/funds to the students.

4. Salary shall be paid as per declaration at the time of seeking recognition. 5. No capitation fee and other charges shall be charged from the children/parents. 6.

School shall be open for admission without any discrimination based on religion, caste, race, place of birth any other whimsical.

7. Managing Committee shall not allow to run two schools affiliated by different board/council in the same premises.

8. Managing Committee shall not close down the school or and existing class during the academic session without the prior approval of the

Appropriate authority. 9. The school shall be open for inspection for the inspecting officer authorized by the Director/Appropriate Authority.

10. Recognition so granted shall be reviewed after every 10 years. 11. No financial assistance shall be granted by the Department to the school. 12. School premises shall not be used for commercial purpose and anti National activities. 13. Approval of Managing Committee shall be obtained from the appropriate authority in case of any change in the committee.

Education Rules-2003 Education Department, Haryana hereby permit to add new proposed classes for higher stage. However, it is made clear that such permission will not enable such school to get recognition automatically for which the applicant shall have to fulfill the required conditions.

This letter of permission is based on the undertaking given by the applicant as per details given overleaf. Any violation of the undertaking automatically nullifies the permission. This permission is further subject to 'No Objection' from the 'Competent Authority' regulating the land use of the proposed site.

The permission to add new proposed classes for higher stage is only 'In-principle' approval of the Education Department to allow applicant to initiate steps and provide infrastructure to the new proposed classes of higher stage.

Students should not be admitted only on this permission without getting recognition. The recognition will be granted R.T.E. Rules-12 Appendix-II by the Department on fulfillment of prescribed norms as provided in Haryana School Education Rules-2003, in the interest of safety, health and welfare of students and other requirements. * The managing committee shall abide by the provisions of Haryana School Education Rules 2003 (amended) & R.T.E.
