Conflict Resolution Specialist

◦Provide oversight and assure implementation and compliance of policies adopted by LPSS as related to administrative responsibilities

◦Communicate and collaborate with Academic Officers, other district personnel, and Assistant Superintendent in regards to school administrators’ policy implementation, compliance with policy, community, staff, and student relations◦Assist parents and schools

in coming to an agreedupon resolution throughmediation
