ULTRA-FRAME®

The rich look of solid wood, fine fabrics,and substantive dimensions of Ultra-Frame®

have earned many compliments. Equallyimportant, Ultra-Frame®’s multiple panelsizes and work surfaces satisfy virtually anyfunctional need. When you want the best,select Ultra-Frame®. Superbly designed,meticulously crafted, and accuratelydetailed, Ultra-Frame® is suitable for all levels of offices and personnel.

Ultra-Frame® works as beautifully as it looks.

Panel Construction and FeaturesUltra-Frame® is a panel/post systemwith a solid oak frame and hardboardplenum for added strength. Panels aretackable, acoustic or glazed, and allmeet ANSI/BIFMA standards for per-formance and fire rating. Finishes forthe solid oak posts and trim includelight oak and walnut stains, pickledpine (gray), and medium red cherry.Grade A upholstery textiles are avail-able in myriad colors and for upscalesettings, special fabrics can be specified.The metal covers for raceways are colorcoordinated with the wood, and comein mahogany brown, light gray anddriftwood tan baked enamel finishes.

Ultra-Frame® panels are available inthe following sizes to meet almost anyconfiguration:

Work Surfaces and StorageUltra-Frame® worksurfaces come inmultiple shapes and sizes. They areconstructed of 11/8 inch high-densityparticleboard and stain-and-abrasion-resistant melamine laminates, silverand putty being standard, with othercolors and wood grain surfaces avail-able on special order. Keyboard trays

are available for under-surface mount-ing. D and P shapes, transactioncounter tops, and work surface depthsof 18", 24" and 30" provide compo-nents for nearly any application. Worksurfaces are panel-hung and supportedby mounting brackets and are heightadjustable in one-inch increments.

Mobile and surface-supportedpedestals provide storage in variousdrawer configurations. Panel-hungshelving and lockable flipper doorcabinets can accept task lightingmounted underneath. Edgebanding iscolor coordinated with the laminatechoice.

Wire Management: Raceways and ElectricalsUltra-Frame® has a four-circuit, eight-wire system, with two circuits desig-nated for general use and two forcomputer equipment. A universalpower infeed brings power to the race-way, and the power tracks allow forduplex outlet, or power entry connec-tions. Twin conduit, flexible, track-to-track connectors are standard.Receptacles for power or communica-tions and data transmission are simplysnapped into place, speeding installa-tion. Raceway covers have knockoutsfor receptacles at either the baseline orbeltline. The system is UL rated.

EXCELSIOR PANEL-TO-PANEL SYSTEM

The Excelsior panel-to-panel system answers a customer need for cost effectiveness with versatility, functionality, and aesthetics. It is Corcraft’s latest offering in office landscaping and it rounds out our ability to satisfyall our customers’ needs for productive and pleasing office systems.

Excelsior – delivers beauty, versatility and value

Panel Construction and FeaturesExcelsior combines the strength of anexternal steel frame and the rigidityand workability of an internal woodframe. The interior is a honeycombmaterial, with hardboard sides and amodest acoustic rating on the stan-dard panel. The panel walls are foilbacked and upholstered in one ofmany fabric choices. Panels are alsoavailable with acoustic, tackable andglazed configurations.

Panels have a contemporary finishand look. Top trim is low-profile engi-neering plastic available in black,putty or gray. Excelsior’s Grade A fab-ric comes in a wide variety of colors.Upgrade fabrics are also available.

Work Surfaces and StorageExcelsior work surfaces are availablein curved, 90° corners, C, P, and Dshapes, shared conference and double-curved to name a few. Work surfacesare 11/8" thick, 45-pound density parti-cleboard cores with high-density laminate surface and backer sheets.Surface heights are adjustable in one-inch increments. Edgebanding is

extruded vinyl “t”-molding, radiusfront (meets ADA standards). Wiremanagement is through recesses inthe back of the work surface; and apower tower is available.

Storage pedestals come with differentdrawer configurations and can beeither hung from the worksurface orbe freestanding and mobile. Overheadshelves come with or without flipperdoors, and the flipper doors are avail-able with or without locks in a varietyof fabric or laminate facings, finishedto coordinate with the rest of the unit.

Raceways and ElectricalsExcelsior’s six-inch raceway has gen-erous room for the four-circuit, eight-wire design with a dedicated circuit forcomputer use. There is an optionalvertical raceway to bring power andcommunications to the work surfacelevel. A special Excelsior feature is anoptional channel for panel-top “lay-in”installation of communications wiring.

Power can be fed to the Excelsior sys-tem from either floor or ceiling. Thesystem is four-circuit, three with com-mon ground and one with dedicated.All circuits are encased in flexible steelcable. One circuit accommodates upto 13 duplex receptacles.

BUILDING BLOCKS®

Building Blocks® answers the need for a quickly installed, low-cost and versatile office organization system. Building Blocks® are modular,stackable panels for individual office spaces, conference spaces,library carrels, and a host of other spatial organization applications.

Panel Construction and FeaturesBuilding Blocks® are framed inheavy-duty engineering plastic infour panel types and a variety ofsizes. They are fabric covered andhave either wood, fabric or PVC

trim. They are 50 to 70 percentlighter than most modular panelsystems. Their high strength-to-weight ratio is matched by tough-ness. Building Blocks® resist dents,punctures, and all types of normalwear and tear. The extruded plasticcomponents meet UL Flame Class

UL94V-0 in accordance withStandard Test for Flammability ofPlastic Materials.

Building Blocks® can be installedwith a stabilizer foot that may bescrewed to the floor or placed oncarpeting with gripper feet.
