Chouaib Lekmiti is the founder and principle consultant of CLF . Chouaib is an architect with a master degree in Façade engineering from the university of Bath , UK, and with over 20 years of local and international experience in the design, procurement and supervision of building projects of varying sizes and complexities of which the last 8 years ,prior to establishing CLF, spent with UK headquartered Engineering Consultants Arup in Dubai.

Prior to moving to the Middle East, Chouaib was working for James & Taylor Ltd, a well-respected firm based in London and specialised in the design and supply of bespoke façades and building envelopes systems, with a list of projects that includes many high profile and iconic buildings in the UK and abroad.

Chouaib is a LEED (USGBC) and PQP (Estidama, UPC) certified professional and has in-depth knowledge in façades and environment friendly designs and technologies and had the opportunity to work alongside the world’s elite architects and engineers to undertake some of the most creative and imaginative building projects in the UK, and the Middle East. Chouaib enjoys challenges and endeavours to make positive, tangible and useful contribution to projects.

In addition to working on new buildings, Chouaib has extensive experience in failure investigation of existing façades and building envelopes of various types, with a track record of successfully resolving failures permanently. With his in-depth technical know-how and an up-to-date practical knowledge of the construction industry, Chouaib is well equipped to find, develop and specify solutions to address failures and defects in existing buildings that are technically sound, practical and balanced between the potential benefit of cost and the anticipated lifespan of the existing façade/building.
