Cookery School- Located in Little Portland Street, London Victoria- I have attended both their ‘Level 2 Beginners Course’ and ‘A Short Baking Course In Baking’

Academy Of Chocolate- Location Westminster Kingsway College- Was asked personally by my Pastry Chef (Chef Holland,) to help in the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2015 within the Hot Chocolate Tasting.

Coutts bank- Helped out on the 19th March 2015 for an evening dinner meeting 

GG Sparks Butchers-  Was asked to help out for a John Lewis sponsored event, where we provided homemade hot dogs, homemade burgers and relishes too

Taste Of London 2015 (summer/June)- I was able to take part in the whole summer Taste of London event, with Theo Randall, and absolutely loved the whole experience.- Working in the kitchen only- I was working 10am – 11pm

CompetitionsHotelympia- 1st March 2016, 'Duck Butchery' competition and won silver award

“Her passion for food, espically Indian cuisine, her enthusiastic approach to learn more, has been an inspiration to other Interns and Chefs. I normally see a lot of young chefs, who refrain from working on a tandoor. Out here Veronique took the initiative, never backed out and was quite enthusiastic working on a red hot burning tandoor. Post her shift, I would always see her taking time out and making notes in her diary. I rarely see Interns doing this.
