EURL KERMELEC is pleased to present this proposal for your review. We are inform-ing you that our company exerts the performance tests on the installation of power plants.In this domain, we have an experience more than 10 years, in which our specialists have activated a dozen of ²transformer stations with different level of voltage ( 400KV, 220 KV, 60KV and 10KV) .The majority of our staff acquired their experience from SONELGAZ/GRTE, and they have skills and good expertise.We inform you that our company has the necessary equipments to do the realization and the verification of the measure of the tests in a good way. Our work equipments are from the followed brands: OMICRON, B2 ELECTRONIC and MICAFLUID, which are well known for their high quality of work.Below is a complete list of tests that we perform:

Power Transformer:

• Measuring the ratios of transformation depending on the position of the tap chang-er (With device CPC100 Omicron).• Measuring the resistance of the primary windings depending on the position of the tap changer (With device CPC100 Omicron).• Measuring the resistance of the secondary and tertiary windings (With device CPC100 Omicron).• Measuring the short-circuit of the transformer impedances for the extreme and medi-ans positions of the tap changer (With device CPC100 Omicron).• Measuring tangent delta of transformers and transformer terminals (With device CPC100+CP TD1 Omicron).• Measuring isolations of transformer with megger.• Measuring the frequency answer FRA of transformer (With FRA Omicron).

• Measuring the dielectrical answer of transformer (With device DIRANA Omicron).

• Oil treatment of power transformers (Heating, degassing, Filtration and Filling) with Oil purification plant VOP 090 ( MICAFLUID 9000 l/h). We are equipped with a power Gen-erator of 150 KVA to supply the Plant. The Machine of oil treatment has a Vacuum Pump, for evacuation of the transformers. During the treatment, our Oil purification plant indi-cate on line the rate of humidity and gas in oil on the PLC Control System.
