DEFINITIONS

Branch Office: A geographically distinct place of business or subsidiary office of a firm that has a key role on the team.

Discipline: Primary technical capabilities of key personnel, as evidenced by academic degree, professional registration, certification, and/or extensive experience.

Key Personnel: Individuals who will have major contract responsibilities and/or provide unusual or unique expertise.

Parent Company. Identify controlling company name in this field if the Firm is owned or controlled by another company.

The building will be 27,226 square feet in the first phase which includes the administration offices, historical archives, cultural archives, conservation labs, archaeological labs, and main collection spaces. Also in this phase is a separate building to house the needs of the NAGPRA repatriation collection and ceremonial spaces. Phase II will be a 6,000 square foot expansion to the collection space. The building will feature high-end HVAC and environmental control systems for the sensitive collections. This building is the first one in the new Cultural Campus being master planned for the area near McDowell and Longmore Roads.

To serve all their school sites and support the District’s focus on developing its young artists, Madison School District is taking its passion for the arts and community to a higher level with a new, state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center. This new 25,679 square foot facility will bring events into the community by providing a rentable venue for outside musicians, theatre and dance companies, etc. These groups will be accommodated with a large lobby for pre-function dining with banquet table seating for up to 200 guests, catering kitchen, 908 seat theater, stage with modern rigging, LED lighting, and an AV system to support the various performance types. Abutting to the District Office will enable the District to

re-purpose their warehouse space to the back-stage support area. Classic in design, the facility will undoubtedly create a “vision of elegance” that will be the backdrop to showcase the District’s Fine Arts programs.

In addition to the Performing Arts Center ADM Group designed a $9.5 million Parking Structure with two levels underground and two levels above ground. Due to the tight site many obstacles had to be overcome for this project.

district fleet vehicles and the

district fuel island. Building A,

which is 14,642 square feet,

accommodates maintenance and

transportation offices and support

spaces, a break room/training

room, high bay warehouse, and a

three-bay vehicular maintenance

area. Building B, which is 3,750

square feet, contains separate

vehicular bays and support space

for the district trades such as

grounds, mechanical, plumbing,

electrical, locksmith, etc.

The new Shamrock Foods Company corporate offices occupy the entire 50,000 square foot top floor of the Camelback Center, in Phoenix, Arizona. The interior layout expresses a new corporate philosophy for space saving offices and workstations. A mix of enclosed offices, open workstations, and conference areas are located on the perimeter glass. The interior space takes advantage of the natural daylight provided by the exterior glass skin of the building. Workstations with low wall panels enhance the light quality of the space. Amenities include break room, fitness area, video conferencing, along with balconies off the board room and flanking conference areas. Referring to Shamrock’s long and successful history, a Company Time Line & Associates Graphic (a photo montage of past and present employees) is prominently displayed in the public areas. Services provided include: programming, space planning, architectural and interior design, furniture specifications, construction administration and move management.

assertion. A person shall clearly designate any trade secret and other proprietary information, using

the term "confidential". Contract terms and conditions, pricing, and information generally available to

the public are not considered confidential information under this Section.

B. Until a final determination is made under subsection (C), an agency chief procurement officer shall

not disclose information designated as confidential under subsection (A) except to those individuals

deemed by an agency chief procurement officer to have a legitimate state interest.

C. Upon receipt of a submission, an agency chief procurement officer shall make one of the following

written determinations:

1. The designated information is confidential and the agency chief procurement officer shall not

disclose the information except to those individuals deemed by the agency chief procurement

officer to have a legitimate state interest;

2. The designated information is not confidential; or

3. Additional information is required before a final confidentiality determination can be made.

D. If an agency chief procurement officer determines that information submitted is not confidential, a

person who made the submission shall be notified in writing. The notice shall include a time period

for requesting a review of the determination by the state procurement administrator.

E. An agency chief procurement officer may release information designated as confidential under

subsection (A) if:

1. A request for review is not received by the state procurement administrator within the time

period specified in the notice; or

2. The state procurement administrator, after review, makes a written determination that the

designated information is not confidential.
