Company's location in Novosibirsk Tolmachevo airport, OVB, was chosen with the aim of opening a heat transfer systems maintenance center with convenient logistics based on S7 Technics production facility.

ESTABLISHING TAT-ENGINEERING

Limco Airepair, Inc. is a world leader in heat transfer solutions business focused on Aerospace industry. The company is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma USA.The company was established in 1946 in New York as a manufacturer of parts for aircraft. Limco provides maintenance service for a global customer base including major airlines, maintenance stations, PBH managers and OEM’s, with average turn-around-times less than 10 days.

Technologies Ltd. — a publicly traded Israeli company, headquartered in Gedera, Israel, that provides environmental control products and services for the commercial and military aviation industries. Its shares are traded on the NASDAQ Capital Market and on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.The most important feature of the company is that TAT Technology has long lasting experience in research, development and manufacturing of environmental control systems in aviation industry. Cooperation with Russian companies and establishing a joint venture in Novosibirsk gives a company a great opportunity to enter to the MRO market in Russia.

SERVICE PROVIDED

TESTING / INSPECTION:

Receiving inspection, testing, final inspection and certification;

REPAIR:

In addition to the Test level, Repair is performed to correct mechanical defects such as straightening of fins and minor flange repair. It completes with surface preparation and coating.

OVERHAUL:

In addition to the Repair Level, Overhaul includes the removal of all coatings and other repairs as required such as welding or repair of core leakage.

CORE REPLACEMENT:

When a core matrix cannot be repaired within the requirements of the specifications, a new core matrix is installed bringing the unit to a "like new" condition.

During this process we use state of the art equipment to test and identify leakages and other discrepancies.

Our test equipment simulates real circumstanses in which heat exchangers work on board of aircraft.

We also have a clean line to prepare heat exchanger for repair, chemical cleaning and special coating to protect heat exchanger from corrosion.
