We are pleased to present our NEW 2020/2021 Tour Catalogue in which you will find a great variety of tours. We are excited as 2020 marks our 35th Anniversary in business.

On November 2, 1985 our company began with a bus trip to St. Jacobs and Elmira. Day trips continue to be an integral part of Hamilton Tours. Thirty-five years later our business has expanded to include: travel that combines not only the motor coach component but flights, trains and cruising. Our overnight destinations offer a selection of short getaways to premier comprehensive, extended tours within Canada, U.S.A. and overseas. Whether we fly to our destination or drive the entire route, the motor coach component is the major factor of each and every tour.

Work will begin in April on our Supplement Tour Catalogue that will be mailed out this summer.

Please note our Office hours listed below. We will continue to take the Friday off of the Long Weekends and stretch the Statuary holidays into a mini vacation for our staff.

Mon., May 4 – Dini Petty, Guest Speaker Series at the HotHouse Restaurant & Bata Shoe Museum She was a Canadian television and radio host. At 22 years of age, she put on her trademark pink jumpsuit and started working for Toronto radio station CKEY as a traffic announcer. Dini was the first female to pilot her own helicopter. She is a writer and was a reporter and co-anchored with Gord Martineau at City Pulse. Dini was the host of City Line and then the Dini Petty show. We will visit the McBride Museum of Yukon History and learn about the local history and folklore of Sam Magee. Over-night: The Coast High Country Inn. (B & D)Day 6: Fri., Aug. 20 - Whitehorse: Today we will explore the town, starting with a visit to the Whitehorse Fish Ladder. It is the world’s lon-gest wooden fish ladder that helps migrating Chinook salmon on the final leg of their jour-ney. Then it is on to the Yukon Beringia Inter-pretive Centre, S.S. Klondike Paddle wheeler & photo stops. The balance of the day is free. You might choose to ride the train along the waterfront, go shopping, hike one of the great trails along the Yukon River, explore the town or perhaps just relax with a good book. (B & D)Day 7: Sat., Aug. 21 - Dawson City: Following the same basic route as the old prospectors of the Klondike Gold Rush we will drive to Dawson City our home for the next two nights. Dawson City is a national historic treasure. The level of activity required for each tour varies greatly. Should you have any concerns regarding this issue, such as the amount of walking, standing, use of mobility aides, motion sickness, etc., please contact our office prior to booking. Dietary restrictions and allergies are the responsibility of the passenger. We will try to accommodate these concerns to our best ability when we have sufficient notification.

Please be aware that culinary choices are sometimes limited by region. Diabetics are encouraged to have sufficient snacks or food choices with them in case of delays.

Please be aware that we “Share the Air” and refrain from the use of heavy perfumes and colognes when travelling on the coaches.

Terms and Conditions of Hamilton Tours Ltd., Bradford, Ontario

RATES: Tour rates are calculated according to transportation fares and accommoda-tion rates in effect as of February 2020. Although efforts are made to maintain the tour rates as published, Hamilton Tours Ltd. reserves the right to adjust prices at any time should this become necessary.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: Overnight Tours require a set deposit that is listed in the itinerary within 14 days of booking. If the deposit is not received within this time peri-od, reservations may be cancelled. The balance of payment due date, is also listed with the itinerary therefore guaranteeing the confirmed rate. When reservations are received less than 45 days prior to departure, full payment is required immediately.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: Payment by cheque is preferred, with the date of the tour in the Memo portion. We do accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard.Cheques must be made payable to Hamilton Tours Ltd. A service charge of 2% will be added to credit card purchases. TAX: H.S.T. charges, if any, that apply to the cost of your tour are included in the price. Prices are all in Canadian dollars.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS: Canadian Citizens are required to present a valid passport when travelling outside of Canada. We require that you provide us with your Passport number & expiration date, your name as it appears on your passport and your birthdate for all international tours. Please note that entry into another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. Living standards and practises at your destination may differ from those found in Canada.

PRICE INCREASES: This contract permits price increases. No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full. If the price increase is more that 7% (except resulting from an increase in retail sales tax or federal Good and Services Tax or Harmonized Sales Tax), the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Hamilton Tours Ltd. strongly recommends the purchase of insurance for overnight tours. Our office offers travel insurance for tour and individual travel. Insurance is quoted on an individual basis and should be arranged and paid for at the time of booking. If insurance is declined, a waiver must be signed and returned to our office prior to departure. All tour itineraries are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Hamilton Tours Ltd. shall have no responsibilities beyond their re-fund of all monies paid by the passenger, which is deemed to constitute full settlement.

The tour organizer reserves the right to decline any person as a member of the tour at any time before or during the tour should such person’s presence be considered detrimental to the interest, comfort and enjoyment of the other tour members. Persons leaving the tour during operation will not receive a refund of unused services. Persons requiring special assistance with personal care must be accompanied by a caregiver.
