CEMENT-BASED (UNSANDED) FINE COLOURED GROUT fill fine grout DESCRIPTION : fill fine grout has variance of colour, water resistant, fine (unsanded) cement-based grout complies to ISO 13007 – 3 for Class CG1 cement-based grout. Manufactured to stringent Internal Quality Assurance System, conforming to ISO 9001 : 2008. USAGE : fill fine grout is suitable for grouting or pointing joints between Ceramic Wall & Floor Tiles, Vitrified Homogeneous Tiles, Porcelain Tiles, Mosaics, Quarry Tiles, Terracotta, Marbles, Granites, Slates, Terrazzo, Brick Veneer, Decorative Stones etc. Suitable for use at wall or floor, dry or wet, interior or exterior areas including swimming pools. GENERAL PERFORMANCE : The set grout is durable, compressible and water resistant but not impervious to water. fill fine grout is suitable for grouting or pointing joints up to 3 mm wide only. It will not scratch highly glazed ceramic tile surface. requires mixing with Clean Water only. However can also be used with mix GT mix 1, a liquid emulsion polymer, to enhance its physical properties ie. impart flexibility, improve adhesion, reduce water permeability, increase durability, minimizes algae or mould growth & minimizes efflorescence. Note : For joints wider than 3 mm use fill F&W grout. Colour variation or cracking may occur with Coloured Grout due to reasons beyond manufacturers control ie. excessive water in mixing and cleaning, condition of mixing water, finishing techniques, site condition, mode of mixing & application, tile porosity variation, efflorescence etc. TYPICAL USE : fill fine grout + WATER : Internal Dry Areas, Intermittent Wet Areas and Sound Substrate. fill fine grout + mix GT mix 1 : • External wall & floor areas Wet duty areas eg. communal & domestic showers, toilets, washroom, wet kitchen, ablution etc. Areas or substrate subjected to movement or deflection eg. building boards etc. • Heavy traffic floor areas. • Swimming pool & pool deck APPLICATION PROCEDURE : During tiling, allocate minimum joints of 2 mm wide for wall tiling & 3 mm wide for floor tiling. Allow adhesive bed to set 24 hours before grouting commences. Ensure that joints are dry, clean or free of contaminants. • Mix fill fine grout with clean water (or mix GT mix 1) as per the recommended mix ratio. Mechanical mixing is recommended to obtain a uniform coloured mortar. Ensure pigments are thoroughly dispersed during mixing. Apply grout into joints using a grout float / rubber squeegee, ensuring joints are fully compacted with grouting mortar. Apply to small areas at a time; and clean excess or residue grout promptly using a damp cloth or sponge; before it dries out. When grout is sufficiently firm, polish tile surface with a clean dry cloth to remove grout film / haze. Allow grout to set for 24 – 48 hours. CEMENT-BASED (UNSANDED) FINE COLOURED GROUT

fill fine grout

DESCRIPTION :fill fine grout has variance of colour, water resistant, fine (unsanded) cement-based grout complies to ISO 13007 – 3 for Class CG1 cement-based grout. Manufactured to stringent Internal Quality Assurance System, conforming to ISO 9001 : 2008.

USAGE :fill fine grout is suitable for grouting or pointing joints between Ceramic Wall & Floor Tiles, Vitrified Homogeneous Tiles, Porcelain Tiles, Mosaics, Quarry Tiles, Terracotta, Marbles, Granites, Slates, Terrazzo, Brick Veneer, Decorative Stones etc.

Note :• For joints wider than 3 mm use fill F&W grout. • Colour variation or cracking may occur with Coloured Grout due to reasons beyond manufacturers control ie. excessive water in mixing and cleaning, condition of mixing water, finishing techniques, site condition, mode of mixing & application, tile porosity variation, efflorescence etc.

TYPICAL USE :fill fine grout + WATER :Internal Dry Areas, Intermittent Wet Areas and Sound Substrate.

fill fine grout + mix GT mix 1 :• External wall & floor areas• Wet duty areas eg. communal & domestic showers, toilets, washroom, wet kitchen, ablution etc. • Areas or substrate subjected to movement or deflection eg. building boards etc.• Heavy traffic floor areas.• Swimming pool & pool deck

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :• During tiling, allocate minimum joints of 2 mm wide for wall tiling & 3 mm wide for floor tiling. • Allow adhesive bed to set 24 hours before grouting commences. • Ensure that joints are dry, clean or free of contaminants. • Mix fill fine grout with clean water (or mix GT mix 1) as per the recommended mix ratio. • Mechanical mixing is recommended to obtain a uniform coloured mortar. Ensure pigments are thoroughly dispersed during mixing. • Apply grout into joints using a grout float / rubber squeegee, ensuring joints are fully compacted with grouting mortar. • Apply to small areas at a time; and clean excess or residue grout promptly using a damp cloth or sponge; before it dries out. • When grout is sufficiently firm, polish tile surface with a clean dry cloth to remove grout film / haze. • Allow grout to set for 24 – 48 hours.
