CORRIGENDUM

This is for information of all the Bidders that, the item mentioned at point No.1 (a)

(ii) of Part-C of Tender Call Notice published in Odia leading dailies on 26.11.2019 for

construction of 20 ft. x 10 ft. plate approximately 1.6 ft. high relief work having

approximately weight of 1600 Kg. is hereby deleted from the said Tender Call Notice.

The bidders are advised to take into account the above corrigendum before'

submission of their bids against thi5 tender. If any bidd:r has already submitted his / her `

bid then he / she should resubmit his / her bids taking into account the above corrigendLim

on or before 16.12.2019 during office hour. For convenience and clarity, the revised tender

documents including format are being uploaded in the website, i.e. www.odishaculture.aov.in

Technical bids of the quotation will be opened on 20.12.2019 at 11.00 A.M. and

f inancial bid of qualif ied technical bidders on 21.12.2019 at 11.00 A.M.in presence of

Tender/Purchase Committee members and also the participating Bidder/ or his authorized

representative if present.

Terms & Conditions \

The Firm/Agency/Sculptor shall have to abide by the following terms and conditions while executing the

work orders.

(i) The construction work of statues shall be completed by 3 months from the date of issue of work order with

photographs.(ii) The Firm/Agency shall collect the photograph/sketch of the statue within 7 days of the receipt of work order and

begin the work in the following manner:

(a) Claymodel

(b) Plasterof paris model

(c) Piece-moulding/Wax model &final Casting with lost of wax

process, Anchor Rod Welding,Base Inner Angel Frame Welding

(iii) The completion of statue shouldbe reported to Director, OdiaLanguage, Literature & Culture

agencies except selected Bidders after issue of work order. Similarly, the EMD

of selected firms shall be refunded to them only after successfully completion

of the work along with installation of statue.

(viii) Incomplete/applications shall not be taken for consideration.

(ix) Director, Odia Language, Literature & Culture reserves the right to cancel/modify or change the tender withoutassigning any reason thereof
