Get the business out of the way in one of our private meeting spaces, with access to our AV equipment, before heading off into the Secret Garden to celebrate fire side with a festive tipple. Work will feel a million miles away!

Day delegate rates start from £35 per person.

out for a Festive Afternoon Tea?

Once you’ve demolished the delicacies and sipped on tea and fizz, take a stroll through

Chef’s Festive Afternoon Tea will be available from 22nd November 2020.

Shhhhhh... We’ve got a secret. Santa is making a special trip to visit the lovely boys and girls at Oddfellows this December 13th and 20th.

Bring your little ones down to meet the white bearded wonder and treat the family to chef’s delicious festive afternoon tea.

Good boys and girls will receive an early Christmas gift from Santa himself.

Cocktails and Canapes - those three little words thrill us to the core! A promise of sophistication and fun...an intimate festive soiree with dazzling drinks and delicious canapes to temp the taste buds - what’s not to like?

Enjoy from as little as £15 per person in The Champagne Bar or The Secret Garden.

STREET FOOD

Lounge around in a private area of our secret garden where we’ll serve up some devilishly delicious festive street food for yourself, your friends, family or colleagues.

You’ll be situated right next to The Potting Shed Bar where the all-weather canopies mean you can plan a get together whether it rains or snows! Through the winter months we’ll light our outdoor fires to create the perfect Bavarian Christmas Market vibe.

We take drinks very seriously and over Christmas time our mixologists delight at bringing some festive cheer to Oddfellows classics – look out for martinis with a Christmas twist and gin cocktails made with our very own Oddfellows gin, combined with traditional favorites like mulled wine and spiced cider.

Pop in to The Champagne Bar for drinks or enjoy them alfresco in the heated Secret Garden.

WINTERWEDDINGS

RING IN THE NEW YEAR. . .Imagine the scene...yourself and your guests arrive through the twinkly lights of Chester on New Year’s Eve.

The choice of entertainment is entirely up to you – whether it be a gala. black-tie dinner with tasting menu or an up-tempo cocktail party with entertainment provided.

You’ll work with our head chef to create the menu of your dreams, and have free-rein over the Whole Top Floor – you can even have all of the bedrooms for you and your guests! Party the night away into the New Year before starting the 2021 as a married couple.

The season of giving is upon us, and what better gift is there than an Oddfellows experience?

All offers and packages are subject to availability and change.

The hotel doors will close at 6:00pm on Christmas Eve and re-open at 11:00am on Boxing Day.

All accommodation for New Year’s Eve must be fully prepaid at time of booking an is non-refundable.

Afternoon Tea with Santa must be pre-booked and is subject to a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person.

Afternoon Tea will be served daily from 12pm - 4pm.

Please advise of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Tables of eight and above will require a pre-order seven days prior.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is applied automatically to your bill for groups of 6 or more.

The Tradtional, Savoury Afternoon Tea will not be available from 22nd November 2020 until the end of

December 2020.

A 50% deposit is required for New Year’s Eve and must be made at the time of booking with the balance due by

1st December 2020.

The New Year’s Eve package includes a canape and champagne reception and the 5 course tasting menu.
