Dear iGCDP NST candidates,Thank you for reading the booklet of AIESEC MoC OD Team iGCDP NST 2015-2016.Me personally had been an iGCDP NST for a year, that was my first national scale manage
experience and it’s so cool to be a NST!!! This year, iGCDP has great achievement in Martian’s term in SnS and function positioning perspectives. Yet still faces the transition with new system and Value-Delivery definition refreshment, needing more co-delivery and external resources involvement…Just join the army and let’s make a better iGCDP.
Enclosed in this document you will find additional information to prepare you for the application and selection process. Deadlines have been clearly highlighted, and we are available should you need further information. 1. For NST Chair• Monthly subsidy Floats based on their monthly goal achievement rate, maximum 400
RMB. • For specific group please referred to specific JD explanation
2.For Coaching Group• LC Visit subsidy is the same standard as MC visit----Round way TCS & 150/day Subsidy
(Two times each LC maximum per year, more should be covered by LC)
3. For all NST• NST who fullfill his/her JD by the end of his/her term will get a free account for X+T
(Can choose whether it's GCDP or GIP)• NST will have one NST T-shirt.• National Conf Star NST Group award: 1000 RMB bonding fee

- Clear motivation required; Goal-oriented & self-driven person prefered- iGCDP background required; VP background preferred- Basic Email Writing/PPT/Excel/Podio/Google Drive/Salesforce/Skype/ skill preferred- Good communication/analysis/presentation skill preferred
