Effective January 1, 2005 the system of certification will change in four ways.

The types of certificates

The certification fees

The process of certification renewal

The cycle of certification renewal

Certificate types and fees as of 01/01/05

Certificates Certificate of Eligibility for Employment

Three (3) Year $25. per certificate

Professional Certificate

Five (5) Year $100. per certificate

Two Year Professional Certificate

Two (2) Year $300. per certificate

Endorsement One time fee $25. per endorsement

Permits Emergency Permit One (1) Year $100. per permit

Substitute Permit One (1) Year $25.00

Evaluation Fee $25.00

Engage in 150 hours of professional development directed toward your I-Plan goals.
