15th Annual Willson Pottery Show - Collectors from various parts of Texas gather together to view and sell pottery from the 1800’s to present. Sebastopol, 704 Zorn St.

Pumpkin Patch at First united methodist Church, 710 N. Austin St.

Fire Prevention at the Heritage Museum, Participants can have their picture taken on a vintage fire truck parked on N. River in front of the Museum. Photo’s can then be picked up inside of the museum. No charge for a 4 x 6 photo, but donations are welcomed. All proceeds will benefit the Heritage Museum. 114 N. River St.

28th Annual Juan Seguin Celebration, Join us in celebrating life of Texas Hero Col. Juan N. Seguin. Guest speaker, Author Frank de la Teja and Alana Guffy a San Antonio resident and Juan Seguin Descendant will perform the traditional flamenco dancing. No admission - open to the public, Seguin Coliseum, 950 S Austin St.

Celebrate Seguin’s Heritage and Pecans at the Red Barn, home of the “Real” Big Pecan – will feature a Pecan Baking Contest, adding the decorated Big Pecan Cake category and a Queens Contest. there will be a kids and adults scavenger hunts & activities, train and hay rides, photo op with the Big Pecan and a “Real” big squirrel, pecan sales and vendors, food and a “skat” tournament. Visit the historical country village with demonstrations and animals, Jose Antonio Navarro history and a classic car show. Free parking and shuttle rides to downtown events. entrance fee - $5 adults/$3 3-10 yr olds. 390 Cordova Rd.

Shopping and More at Trade Days, Over 90 vendors set up around Central Park selling pecan products, arts, crafts, jewelry, plants, clothing, and collectibles. Trade Days will also feature a Beer and Wine Garden in Central Park serving local craft beers and wines. Live entertainment will perform from the band stand in Central Park all afternoon.

Pecan Party featuring Hats Off to Juan Seguin, Enjoy downtown Seguin with a festive hat parade and live entertainment from tin roof. Registration for the hat parade and judging starts at 8pm., with the parade kicking off at 8:30pm being led by the URBAN-15 Carnival de San Anto Street Dance & Drum Group. Pape Pecan House Nutcracker Museum, See over 8,000 nutcrackers from around the world depicting everything from animals, celebrities, cowboys and more. Also find pecans, pecan candies, pecan pralines, and more for purchase inside the Pape’s Pecan Store. 5440 S. Hwy 123.

Artists meet at the Seguin Art League, 104 S. Austin St. and then spread out over downtown Seguin to paint land marks and scenes from downtown. Artists will turn in their artwork between 4:00 and 4:30 that afternoon. The artwork will be judged and sold at the Park Plaza Hotel Seguin on Saturday.

Scarecrow Displays - Stroll through downtown Seguin and see dozens of scarecrows in the windows of our downtown businesses.

Wine Tasting at Blue Lotus Winery and Texas Mead Works, Enjoy delicious tastes of Texas wines and meads (honey wines) made right here in Seguin. Tickets for the tasting are $7.00 and can be purchased at the door. 5151 FM 20.

Food Nutty Night Out, Visit Seguin’s restaurants and taste their delicious menu items incorporating pecans. Tavern on The Creek, Powerplant and Chop House.

Cowboy Jack’s Haunted Trail, Cowboy Jack is a haunting tale about a 1937 Dude Ranch where many unusual events have taken place in the woods. The saga continues with scenes unfolding along the trail including Cowboy Jack, his sister Jill, their wicked Granny, and Zombie Dudes. There will be a 6:30 dusk hour for families. Tickets are available at the gate and are $15 for adults and $8 for children 12 years and under, cash only. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Seguin Outdoor Learning Center, 1865 E Hwy 90.

Pecan Fest Pub Crawl, Meet up with your friends in Central Park and check in at the registration site to get your Pecan Fest Pub Crawl pass. Visit 5 of the 7 bars listed on the pass to get special pecan inspired drinks and special drink prices for participants of the pub crawl. After visiting all the bars, come back to Central Park to turn in your pass for a special prize.
