Postal vote packs should reach residents shortly. If posting the ballot back, you are encouraged to do so by Friday 13 October. Or between 16 and 21 October, you can lodge your vote in person at the City of Armadale Administration Office, with the office open between 8am and 6pm on election day. Night Fields The City’s popular Night Fields program will be returning to Gwynne Park on Wednesday evenings from 25 October to 15 November, with sessions lasting 1.5 hours from 4.30pm. Young people aged six to 18 years are encouraged to take part in the program, delivering free AFL and Netball sessions, supported by Telstra. The first of the sessions will feature sideline activities designed for smaller children, offered as part of Children’s Week celebrations. The golf course has been completely renovated with the complete reconstruction of all greens, tees and fairways, minor kiosk improvements, site power and fresh water upgrades, replacement and upgrade of the irrigation system and a new maintenance and buggy shed, delivered by the City of Armadale in partnership with the Department of Sport and Recreation and Golf Oracle. The course is expected to be reopened in November, offering a quality facility for City of Armadale residents and visitors to enjoy. Golf Oracle is a WA-based golf management company and has added Armadale to its illustrious list of WA courses including Maylands Peninsula, Embleton and Lake Claremont.
