RUN WITH CATHERINA ENTRY CONDITIONS

1. OBJECTIVE The Annual Run with Catherina is a locally supported initiative to celebrate Catherina’s sporting achievements and to promote ongoing active participation in athletic and sporting activities.

2 ORGANISER Run with Catherina is a joint initiative by Cavan County Council, Cavan Sports Partnership, Annalee Athletics Club, DB Cycle Club and Cavan Institute.

3. ENTRANTS The Run with Catherina event is aimed at all individuals engaged in amateur running and cycling.

4. ENTRY FEE Entry fees are as follows:• Cycle Sportif and 10K/5K race: €20• 10K race: €15• 5K race: €12• 5K non chipped: €10• Junior and Juvenile Age Groups: €10• Family Rate: (5K only) €40• EXPO Talks entry: €5 (Free with proof of registration for Run or Cycle Sportif)

6. PARKING AND TOILET FACILITIES There is ample parking in the vicinity of Cavan Courthouse with toilet facilities at the race start.

7. CHARITY This year’s event will raise funds for Enable Ireland Cavan Branch. Enable Ireland provides free services to children and adults with disabilities and their families from 40 locations in 14 counties. www.enableireland.ie

Cavan’s biggest road race is back better than ever in October 2015 with 5K and 10K runs on Sunday 11th, plus a new 50K and 100K CYCLE SPORTIF on Saturday 10th.

Join us as Cavan gets active for the third annual Run with Catherina event sponsored by Liberty Insurance.

Also this year, visit the SPORTS EXPO at Cavan Institute on Saturday 10th with talks from Catherina, expert sports & conditioning coaches, nutrition advisors and sports equipment display stands and lots more.
