Satinder Kapur Resident DirectorGraduate in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (New Delhi); MBA from Bombay University Management School and a second degree with honors in Law from the University of Delhi. He has 30 years of experience in corporate law and he is specialized in intellectual property and telecommunications. Founding partner of “Satinder Kapur & Associates” and partner of Octagona India Pvt. Ltd. He was registered as a lawyer of the High Courts of England and Wales by the Local Solicitors Regulation Authority and invited to be a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. Member of Bar Council of Delhi, Delhi High Court Bar Association and International Bar Association

Graduate in Master in International Business & Marketing and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Vishnu has a professional experience of more than 15 years, having worked in the supply chain department for an Indian company operating in the automotive sector and as India Representative for a Japanese company’s liaison office in India; he also worked for the Australian Trade Commission and later as a consultant offering market entry services in the Indian market for an Australian and a US company. He started working for Octagona India Pvt. Ltd. in February 2014.

Currently Managing Director of Octagona Group and Trainer in several training entities with a strong international vocation. Aman Yadav Head of Legal TeamHe graduated from the University of Delhi in Business Administration; Bachelor in the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and continued his studies with a Master of Law at the National Law School of India University in Bangalore. He worked at Satinder Kapur & Associates for over 5 years and he has extensive experience in transactions in the corporate sector and he has managed numerous national and international operations. He has experience in: real estate, labor law and intellectual property.

Ajay Chaurasia Head of Tax and Finance TeamDegree in Accounting for Chartered Accountants in 2010 at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, direct and indirect taxes, auditing, tax audits, internal audits and preparation and submission of tax returns and sales tax and services. He previously worked for a major accounting firm in India and for an IT company.

Anish Tanwar Head of Sales and Business Development TeamHe holds an MBA in International Marketing in 2008 at Deakin University in Melbourne (Australia). He has more than 5 years of experience in market research, business development, CRM, sales & marketing. He previously worked for companies such as NIIT, Simplilearn and QAI Global. He works at Octagona India since January 2015.
