Translation team copied and pasted from Word

Pansoft software designed to use XML format distributed by OCLC and return translation database in same format

Translators need not worry about format

Unless working on an expansion

Pansoft print formatter currently limited to tables, schedules, Relative Index

Vietnamese Manual was done using Word
