A W O R D F R O M T H E I N I T I A T O R

Ben Gagba Director GGCC

Woezo, Akwaaba and Welcome, I would like to introduce myself. I am

Ben Gagba and I am the initiator of this project. As a native Ghanaian living in Europe it has always been my dream to create a luxury holiday

estate in Ghana. I am very proud to say that this has now turned into

reality.

This uniquely designed villas, set out in a serene environment and its

utilization of energy saving eco friendlily technologies is a prestige

project of the Dutch government . Our goal to use renewable energy

and eco utility technologies in a Ghanaian residential setting has

inspired them to participate in this project as one of the major

stakeholders.

We have extensive experience in building holiday parks in Europe

especially France and would like to use this knowledge and expertise in

our native country. We are building a high quality villa estate with a

very natural taste. We use floor cooling for room climate control, solar

energy for hot water, among others.

We are enabling an environment where guests can explore and

appreciate the uniqueness of “ The Ghana Green experience” by

offering personalized , professional, efficient and attentive care and

promoting the serenity of the tranquil atmosphere and location.

Indeed a very green project in green surroundings.


A B O U T P R A M P R A M

Less than 45km from Accra, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the

beach, East of Kotoka International Airport, Tema Golf Club and

Motorway is where Prampram and Ocean Green beach Villas are

located.

In the vicinity are Shai Hills Game reserve, Central University, Polo

Club, and many fishing communities including Ningo. It is a perfect

weekend and holiday retreat - all year summer holiday spot.

It has also good connectivity to all major shopping malls and other

business and recreational centres in Ghana.

Nearby you will also find the main Aflao road linking the Ada

estuaries, Akosombo and Keta lagoon for instances. But the estate’s

own resources and location at the beach will keep you close to

home.

We identify 3 types of villas and can include private pool if so desired. Each

house has 2 parking spaces. Each house also has over 82 m2 additional built

space for Terrace, Patio and Exterior Moonlight bathing.

The design and architecture are French and Ghanaian expertise, blending

luxury, beauty and creating a tranquil tropical garden of serenity overlooking

the Atlantic ocean.

The villas are spacious built on large beach plots measuring up to over 12.000

square feet approximately 1.200m2.

central facilities laid out on an overall beach land area of 14 acres.
