Observations of the Mall

NordstromAisles were very spacious We noticed it wasn’t very evident where the exits were to the mall. Keeping you in the store longer

The entrance was also placed in front of the escalator enticing the shopper to go up stairs.

I thought it was peculiar that all of the children’s merchandise was on the 2nd floor, however getting to the 2nd floor while with children is problematic.

GAPSales were advertised well, and I was immediately aware of the sale when I entered the store.

Sale items were placed too high and I was not able to reach the items in my size.

Half of the store was being remodeled but they did a great job advertising where to access the store.

I loved the music playing while I was shopping. I found myself signing the songs the rest of the night and even danced around the store with my 6 month old.

BROOKSTONEBrookstone is a fun store to visit. I enjoy trying out all of the products. It is a hard store to take children into because the are touch everything and most things are at a children eyelevel.

I was very disappointed in the flooring in the store. The carpet was very dirty and made me want to leave the store.

SWAROVSKI Fun store to go into with children because everything is shiny! And everything is behind a case so they can’t back anything.

Great job with lighting to extenuate their product. Even my own diamond ring looked better in the store.

HANNA ANDERSSONKids store should be the most access for double strollers but this store is not very easy to fit my stroller in the store.

I noticed that some of the merchandise was not placed strategically around other articles of clothing that could be worn together. So I had trouble projecting how it would fit into my daughter’s wardrobe

The lighting was very bright and inviting and the floors was nice.

I LOVED that they had a place for my kids to play.

POTTERY BARN KIDSThis store is great for kids. Everything is at their level and set up for play.

Also have the best bathroom in the entire mall.

They also have such great displays that help me to view individual items with greater context, helping to project what they might look like in my house.
