The focus of this book is Obediah Brumfield Pipes and his wife Josephine Bonaparte Edwards and their nine children. They were born and lived in Boyle, Marion and Washington Counties from 1835 to the mid 1890s. The book explains their ancestry back to the early 1700s and their roots in Kentucky. It also provides details of Obediah’ s involvement in the Civil War, the land they lived on and the families of their children. Inside you will find charts, genealogy reports, family stories written by the grand- children, Civil war history, and pictures galore. The next few slides are a preview of some of the actual 258 pages of content. The book may be purchased direct from the printer, an Amazon owned company called CreateSpace. After all these years of promising to put some of our family history into book form, here it is!
