Every love story is beautiful, but ours is my favourite.Congratulations on your engagement, we are very much looking forward to going on this journey with you. Oaks Oasis Resort is a wonderful destination for a

Positioned on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast, one of Australia’s most sought after holiday destinations, Oaks Oasis Resort is situated in Caloundra, close to many

of the striking natural playgrounds the Sunshine Coast has on offer. The resort features its own array of picturesque natural backdrops with ten acres of lush gardens,

remember to take lots of photos and videos to mark this memorable occasion and the beginning of your wedding journey.

Day on the Green

Come a day early and enjoy a round of golf at one of our golfing course partners to relax and prepare for your special day in style. The Sunshine Coast offers a

variety of impressive golf courses that are known for their wildlife who also enjoy the greens and of course the perfect weather the coast is named after! We suggest

booking before you arrive as the golf courses can be popular on the weekend, so get in touch with the team at Oaks Oasis Resort to organise the finer details for you.

Planning Your Wedding

Saturday weddings are most popular at Oaks Oasis Resort and we recommend booking as early as possible. We also host weddings any day of the week for your

convenience. Ask your wedding coordinator for current packages and options.

Touring the Resort

Make an appointment with our dedicated wedding coordinators. Please allow at least 30 minutes to view the full resort. Enjoy lunch or dinner at our restaurant while

you are here.

Tasting the Menu

We offer personal wedding tastings for the bride and groom once your wedding is confirmed. We encourage you to come in and sample your menu in advance

before your special day. Ask your wedding coordinator for details.

Rehearsal Dinner

Prepare for your special day with a pre-wedding rehearsal dinner surrounded by your family and closest friends at our onsite restaurant and bar.

The Moment You’ve Been Waiting For

Your wedding ceremony sets the tone for your special day and is the perfect segue into the festivities that will follow. Exchange your vows in one of our stunning

indoor and outdoor ceremony venues located within our resort grounds, overlooking the lush gardens or lotus-filled lagoon.

We can recommend a selection of excellent Celebrants in the region. If you choose an outdoor ceremony you can rest assured that we will always have a back up

‘wet weather’ plan that will be equally as beautiful.

Fountain PlatformThis beautifully manicured grass area of the lagoon with a fountain backdrop can cater for a wide range of ceremony styles and sizes

Waterfall Platform This intimate location is ideal for small to medium ceremonies for up to 50 – 60 people in the lush surrounding of gardens with a lagoon and waterfall backdrop

Relections Restaurant Our indoor option for your special ceremony can cater for up to 100 people in a setting featuring outlooks of the lagoon, fountain and waterfall.

abundance of natural light. Choose to have a banquet style celebration for 80 people or a cocktail style event for 100.

State Room

This modern and stylish area offers you flexibility to create an intimate wedding celebration for up to 50 people banquet style or 80 cocktail style.

Oasis Room

This special room is the most intimate of our spaces and offers you the choice to have a private celebration for up to 16 people.

For grander celebrations, you can choose to combine the State Room with the Verandah Room to accommodate up to 150 people banquet or 190 people cocktail
