OAK Partners with USDA

United States Department of Agriculture supports US Airports in wildlife management under agreement for reimbursement of their costs for such services.  Many US airports use USDA staff, their own staff or a combination of both.

Congressional Act of March 2, 1931 (46 Stat. 1468; 7 U.S.C. 426‐462b) and the Rural Development, Agriculture, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act in 1988 (P.L. 100‐200)…..cooperate with public and private agencies in the control of nuisance mammals and birds deemed injurious to the public
