a. lack of knowledge by the community of - how a micro-grid works, what the overall benefits are, how this is funded. b. integration with the micro-grid proposed by NYCHA. despite the fact that they are in agreement, NYCHA is still a large entity and a challenge in the past to move forward in an interesting and innovative fashion c. working with ConEdision d. costs for installation - how do we make this affordable.
