Role Play• 1. You are working at the Oregon Dairy Council booth at the Oregon

State Fair. While handing out information, an adult mother states that she provides her children with milk. She then proceeds to state that she does not drink milk, but prefers almond milk which is just as healthy.

• How do you respond?

• 2. You are attending a Business Networking Event in downtown Portland. A friend that you have known for years, quickly introduces you to their boss, and then slips away. You introduce yourself as working for the Dairy Products Commission. The person you just met, says “oh that must be hard, because milk is a pretty hard sell these days”.

• How do you respond?
