They are part of organisations seeking to make an impact with their Talent Strategy!Participants are selected and pre-quali�ed based on their expertise, years of experienceand industry focus. Participation in the TTM Talent Academy is complimentary. Participants are responsibleonly for their travel and accommodation expenses.

SELECTION PROCESS
Pre-quali�ed organisations will be invited to participate in the TTM Talent Academy
Interested organisations will recommend a team member to participate.Limited seats are available to participate in the programme
Academy Experts will examine and approve recommended participants
An agreement will be signed between the organisation and the TTM Talent Academy
In case a potential delegate requests to participate in the TTM Talent Academy, thepermission of his/her organisation will be requested
