I n many h o s p i t a l s t h ef a c i l i t i e sf o r t h e s a f e n u r s i n g o f p o s t o p e r a t i v e p a t i e n t swere t o t a l l y i n a d e q u a t e .

Th e v e r y l e a s t t h a t i s needed i s good communicationsw i t h t h e a n a e s t h e t i s t , a d e q u a t e l i g h t i n g , an d a s o u r c e o foxygen and s u c t i o n .
