Elabo continues the revolution in workstation systems.

Primus One® incorporates all the knowledge and

experience that Elabo has acquired. And: there are new

features that make the Primus One® quite unique.

Primus One® is the result of the dedicated ongoing

development of the successful InForm-Series. This new

technical workstation combines everything that Elabo

does best and that has proved its value over many years.

It offers a host of additional and improved functions that

make it a versatile, fl exible, top-quality workstation, the

design of which has been perfected down to the last

detail.

It meets all your requirements – as you would expect

from Elabo.

Working environments for people with ideas.

Only Primus One® can do all this.

This high-quality technical workstation complies with all impor-

tant DIN standards. It is extremely sturdy and resistant to weak

acids and alkaline solutions as well as gasoline and oil. The table

top consists of High Pressure Laminate (HPL) and the welded

square-section tubing is made of high-grade steel.

Working has never been so attractive.

Primus One® 3HU makes optimal use of the table sur-

face because the devices are located above it. The height

of the table top can be adjusted as required – as is pos-

sible for all of the tables in the Primus One®-family. The

entire unit moves with the table top and the distances

remain the same, regardless whether the work is perfor-

med while standing or sitting. All the operating surfaces

are ergonomically inclined towards the user so that they

can be ideally operated and make reading easy. Another

key feature is the exchangeable edging of the table.

Not one centimetre is wasted here.

Full use is made of the storage space (possible confi gura-

tion shown) thanks to the optimum packaging density.

The 3HU makes many things much easier for you. 3HU

Bigger, more features, more power – that’s what Primus

One 6HU stands for. It can do everything that the 3HU

can do, and more. It offers a broad choice of Elabo

devices.

The Primus One® is a technical workstation that has

obviously been tidied up. Not one centimetre of space

is wasted here, not one cable sticks out or is visible. The

user has a free hand in choosing the confi guration: A mo-

nitor can be mounted on the left or on the right because

the fold-away cable fl ap is installed in the middle. The

strong groove in the profi les can be used, for example, to

mount a monitor bracket or other accessories.

The 19“-integration: Elabo devices as well as third-party

and 3HU devices work together and fi t seamlessly in

place (possible confi guration shown).

6HU-Power with innovative functions.

Just around the corner.The corner table is the logical further development of the

generous Primus One®working surface. The superstruc-

ture offers entirely new ways of combining 3HU or 6HU,

and if a second superstructure is not needed, the corner

table also functions beautifully as an optically appropriate

extension of the available useful working surface.

Ergonomics at its best.

As a standard feature, the front legs of the table can be

moved in order to give more legroom. The Primus One® fi ts

directly and fl ush against the wall. Baseboards do not pose

Whether you are sitting or standing, the height-adjust-

ment mechanism allows you to work effi ciently and

ergonomically – this feature can also be retrofi tted.

The Primus One® offers a look behind the scene and shows what it’s made

of. Its strengths are not just obvious – it also has some hidden highlights.

Under the sturdy table top made of HPL laminate there is a table frame

consisting of welded square-section tube made from high-grade steel. In

addition, this is where you will fi nd the cable trough, which ensures effi cient

cable routing. The ergonomic features, such as the height-adjustable capa-

bility of the feet of the tables and of the table top, as well as the movable

table legs, made of reinforced profi les, are also worth noticing.

It’s always the details that count.

Tables in a row.

When the tables are lined up side by side, the cables remain

almost totally out of sight. They do not have to be laid on the

fl oor, but instead they run from table to table in the cable trough.

Fold-away cable fl ap with connections.

The power supply is integrated into the table and thus is direct-

ly available at the workstation. This makes it possible to provide

larger storage surfaces to the right and left of the cable fl ap.

Easy Going.

The electrical system is also perfect under the table,

as is proven by the PC connections. It is also a simple

matter to retrofi t accessories: The slot nut can be po-

sitioned at any point in the profi le. A clip holds the slot

nut in the desired position.

Whether it’s a power cable, an ISDN extension or a

LAN connection cable, no matter whether it is white,

black or multi-coloured, the tangle of cables between

the computer, monitor and telephone system is not

good to look at, and it sometimes even creates an im-

balance. It is also a terrible dust trap. The Primus One®

has an intelligent cable management system in which

the cables are guided through ducts in the triangular

profi les and in the table. They are out of sight but at the

same time safe and secure.

The cable management system also plays a role in the

height adjustment process because the cables move

either up or down. This is a very fl exible and ergonomic

feature because static working positions are avoided..

The available space is optimized by locating the electri-

cal fuse protection in the base table and integrating the

cable routing above the shelf element – no additional

superstructure and equipment trough are needed.

No clutter, there’s storage space instead.

The Orga panel has been enlarged. Instead of a simple

drawer, the user now has far more storage space.

Various Orga elements take care of any clutter.

Great accessories.

The storage trough with tool rack is mounted in the

profi le system. This is just one of the many possible

refi nements available.

Individual shelf unit.

This is an extremely practical shelf unit with a great

deal of storage space. At the same time it is height-

adjustable. The available electrical outlets mean that

devices can be directly supplied with power where

they are located.

Mix things up.

Devices and components from Elabo can be installed

to support and at the same time be used together with

the customer’s own measuring devices and power

supplies.

Neat and tidy.

The operating elements and connections are extremely

user-friendly and arranged in an ergonomically ideal

way to suit all requirements – they all face the user

in order to permit operating sequences to be carried

out more quickly and simply.This creates space for the

important things.

Primus One® offers Open-End superstructure design.

This gives you a wide choice of individually confi gured

superstructures – to satisfy all your wishes and needs. In

addition to the classic 3HU and 6HU confi gurations, the

Primus One® can be equipped with shelf superstructures

with and without sliding doors, storage elements and

functional shelf units. The graphic shows what is possible

where superstructures are concerned.

The fastening means cannot be seen from the outside, and

the height profi le can be extended vertically almost without

limits. A sophisticated system of rods and fastening bolts

ensures strong connections.

Open-End Superstructure Design:

Bowing to the user.

Ergonomicaly speaking, the Primus One® puts its

best foot forward and ensures a tailor-made technical

workplace. The system columns are arranged at an

angle of 45° facing the user. The triangular profiles are

impressively equipped: Numerous operating and con-

necting elements such as electrical sockets, USB ports,

switches, compressed air, start-up panel, or laboratory

sockets are positioned within direct reach of the user.

This ensures faster and simpler operation.

Shelf with grooves.

A clever idea. The shelf has grooves at the front and

the back to guarantee that the devices are securely

held in place. Or it can be used to hang things up.

Optimally equipped whatever the need.

The triangular profiles are not just easy to reach but are

also perfectly equipped with everything that simplifies

daily work. The individual choice of colour rounds off

the personally configured workplace.

The cable flap can be opened or closed quickly and simply with one hand. Large storage areas, for example for moni-

tors, are located on either side of the flap. Thanks to the specially developed fold-away technology, devices standing on

the flap do not cause any problems.

The Primus One® also comes with a shortened profile

without any superstructures. This is a clever idea, for

A mobile workstation does not mean that one’s options

are limited. On the contrary: The sheet-metal drawer

unit ensures that everything one needs is there. It is

available for both the Carrier Cart and the Power Cart.

Primus One®-Mobile units are immediately on the

spot and are fully equipped. They bring solutions where
