Bob Daniel
Bob serves on the NTA Board of Directors as treasurer and acts as the Director
of Chapter Relations. As an NTA founder, he maintains a special dedication to
Trusted Advisor principles and practices. He facilitates a Trust Discussion session
at his local chapter monthly meetings. He is the host of the What’s Your Biz?
podcast, Firm Administrator at Pulakos CPAs, and an experienced community
leader of several organizations and causes.

Mary is a Christ-follower, wife, mother, keynote speaker, CEO, published author,
and former #1 B2B MidMarket SaaS Sales Rep for a Fortune 1000 Payroll & HR
Company. After she came to know Jesus in 2012, God quickly blessed Mary with
her beloved husband and magnificent son. She has authored three books, hosts a
podcast, and blogs about sales on her website, MaryGrothe.com.

David Sahd
David Sahd is a business development and networking coach who helps profes-
sional fi rms develop and implement marketing strategies that result in repeatable
practice development successes. He is also the Executive Producer of Business
Strategies Media, and a recognized expert at messaging and Elevator Quips. He is
the principal of the NTA Founders Circle.
Dawn Reed
Dawn Reed founded Human Strategies, LLC, a consulting company dedicated to
performance excellence, in 1995, and has served as president for over 20 years. Th at
experience, coupled with over 20 years as an Air Force offi cer, has provided Dawn
diverse quality management experience. An accomplished trainer and facilitator,
Dawn is profi cient in all phases of Baldrige assessment, evaluation and feedback.
Joyce Feustel
Joyce founded Boomers’ Social Media Tutor. She is a marketing expert, social
media and LinkedIn trainer, and business strategist. She is a professional speaker
and presenter who energizes audiences live and virtually. Th rough her tutoring
and training services, she helps business professionals to use social media, especial-
ly LinkedIn and Facebook, more eff ectively and productively.
Jayne Sanders
Jayne is an author and coach who helps people love their lives and their work! Are

To Build Trust, Increase Your Vulnerability and Maximize Your Influence
When we meet people, they are asking themselves four key questions about us
– do you know these key questions? Are you aware which are working in your
favor or working against you? This presentation is focused on building trust. It
covers four filters that are a part of building or undermining trust. The filters
we’ll explore: Character, Chemistry, Competence, and Credibility. The Influence
Model tool will be featured and shared with advisors as a mirror to look into and
consider what it is like to be on the other side of them. The insights gained from
this thought provoking presentation help the advisors learn which filters need to
be unlocked to gain trust for deeper relationships personally or professionally.

Doug Hardy
As President of Lighthouse Movement, Doug helps professional and industrial
organizations to move well, ache less and decrease costly workplace injuries. He
also loves to create and bring ideas to fruition, which led to him to also start Pho-
ton Lasery - a laser engraving/cutting service. He will be leading the stretching
breaks during the conference.
Ryan Jaramillo
Ryan has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. His career began
at Cimarron Health plan as a teenage. He then he worked for a larger agency and
eventually started Apex Insurance Agency back in 2015. His goal is to present
insurance in a clear and concise manner to make insurance simple and easy. He
enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He loves playing basketball,
going to the gym and movies with his wife.
Peter Holtgreive
Peter supports businesses with their need to change. He uses his years of experi-
ence to help businesses transform themselves through process improvement. No
matter what type of enterprise, he has the experience and Process Improvement
tools to help any business become more competitive by improving quality, deliv-
ery and reducing operating costs. Peter has 20+ years of management experience
in various manufacturing industries: Medical, Aerospace, Window Coverings,
Contract Manufacturing, and Telecommunications.
Bob Dodge
As an owner of The Alternative Board Denver West, and a TAB Board Facilitator
and Coach, Bob helps business owners to assist one another; help one another
see blind spots, and realize the potential that lies ahead for their businesses and
lives. Bob has designed, implemented and managed performance improvements
in a variety of industries, with companies ranging from small local businesses and
startups to Fortune 500 companies, in the U.S. and abroad.

Mark Bennett
Mark is the principal of Decision Resources, Inc. a consulting firm with a mis-
sion to help leaders unite organizations that deliver superior results, earn ethical
reputations, and adapt to change. Mark has worked with businesses, nonprofits,
government agencies, universities, and international organizations to help them
achieve goals through creative collaboration, wise planning, and critical decision
