• Purpose– Provide overview of timing of main developments– In addition

• Identification of critical path

• Identification of costly developments

• Identification of developments with high risk

• Approach– Roadmapper Workbench Excel based tool from Albright

Strategy Group– Limited level of detail to enable keeping an overview

• Outcome– Roadmap visuals which can be used in presentations to

(potential) stakeholders and which are easy to update during and after the project

• It was agreed with WP1 and WP1.1 coordinators to include roadmaps for:

– LFR Zero Power GUINEVERE (LFR/ADS)

– LFR ETPP MYRRHA (LFR/ADS)– LFR E&T ELECTRA (LFR)– LFR ETDR ALFRED (LFR)– LFR Prototype PROLFR (LFR)– LFR FOAK ELFR (LFR)

• Three levels– Level 1

• Main roadmap elements (e.g. reactor, fuels, materials)

– Level 2• Secondary roadmap elements / subdivisions of main roadmap

elements, e.g. fuel qualification, fuel fabrication

– Level 3• Individual developments / subdivisions of secondary roadmap

elements, e.g. fuel irradiation, fuel safety tests
