Technology Solution to detect and avoid Short Delivery Features to Ensure Correct Quantity:
K Factors History Record Logging Counter History Record Electronic Totaliser Value at the time of Calibration.
Steps for Calibration using Electronic Correction:
-
The Portion housing the Electronic components and Calibration switch is sealed by W&M Deptt.
W&M Deptt. Seal
-
Calibration Procedure :
1) Without Removing W&M Seal- Calibration mechanism is not accessible:
-
2) Remove Housing Containing CPU (Central Processing Unit ) PCB (Printed Circuit Board):
-
3) CPU PCB and Calibration switch accessible only after removing Housing / Plug

Generation of K Factor
Range of Calibration is +/- 100 ml for 5 Liters. Beyond this range Calibration is not Possible- Electronics will
give Error Condition
K Factor Generated Automatically Stored in Memory
-
11) After Successful Calibration Electronic Housing Sealed by W&M Deptt.
-
Audit Trail Mechanism for W&M Deptt ( At any time); Data Stored in Dispenser is Non Tamperable
Logging Counter Three Digit Non Editable internal counter, This Counter increases its value after each successful Calibration attempts
Logging Counter Specifying Total Calibration attempts on respective Nozzle
