he latest generation of our ejector nozzles is specially suitable for cleaning
of waterbearing pipes and sewers from 16“ through 118“ up to megaprofiles. The increase of the performance at low power input is resulting by using the existing water in the sewer. This can ingrease the volume flow up to four times. The ejector nozzles are developed for all megaprofiles. Already at the volume stream of 280 l and 130 bar high levels of pollution (stones, mud and paper / cellulose)

can be moved effectively. Due to the soft cleaning-method with low working pressure of about 40 bar at the end of the injector tube even older sewer-systems can be maintained without any problems and can be preserved for a longer lifetime. This way the PowerJet meets the requirements of the communities regarding the preservation of older sewer systems. To drive the ejector-systems any kind of clean water such as water recycling can be used.

hen using ABANO nozzle technology about 15% less drive power is needed.
The energy saved can be used for suction work. Furthermore, the cross-sectional area of the nozzle inserts is reduced by about 15%. This means there is a huge increase of pressure at the nozzle inserts with minimum
W back pressure (approximately 1 bar). This new technology differs in design as compared with common round spray technologies on the market with increased cleaning performance whilst offering less energy requirement and material input.
47
With its market entry, the Abano nozzle technology has set new standards in the field of sewer cleaning. It creates a particularly efficient cleaning result, since each nozzle insert is arranged at two different „warped“ angles.During the development phase, it was not only the requirement of a good cleaning results, other requirements have also been inplemented into the development of the nozzle technology. These were, for example, economic efficiency and the optimum ratio between inlet and outlet pressure due to the optimized water flow inside of the nozzle.Through versatile tests, the characteristics of the nozzle could always be adapted to the actual requirements of cleaning processes and a forward-looking product, which at the same time saves resources, was created.
The „blowing out of odour traps“ is also a daily problem during cleaning, which IBG HydroTech took care of. It is often considered as an underestimated risk, but cleaning work with various nozzles regularly results in odour nuisance and even soiling of sanitary rooms. Tests and pressure measurements were carried out by the „Institut für Rohrleitungsbau an der Fachhochschule Oldenburg e.V. - iro“ (Institute for Pipeline Construction at the University of Applied Sciences Oldenburg), which, together with the accompanying adjustment of the nozzle, resulted in this event almost never occurring again. The success of the Abano nozzle technology was made possible by the continuous dialogue between manufacturer and users during the development process. This means satisfied customers who can work with a product that meets all the requirements of modern sewer cleaning.
Patented cleaning technology - increased cleaning Performance

he RDS series nozzles effectively clean the inside pipe wall. The RDS nozzle is produ-
ced in 3 different types:
Typ B/C increased cleaning powerTyp D: closure removalTyp E: increased feed
T The Avanti nozzle was especially developed for remove ice in frozen waste water pipes. Of course, it can also remove comparable depo-sits, such as ease of roots, mineral deposits, etc. The milling head is made of hardened stainless steel and provides a long lifetime. For more cutting force carbide tips at the milling head are also available.

Especially in combination with our Ro-toMax System, this cage is suitable for intensive cleaning of the complete canal profile (e.g. pre-paration of camera inspection, rehabilitation etc.) Furthermore, chain rotors can be mounted to use with this system. We suggest the use of thrust nozzles and swivel joints.
