2. In 1972, biologist S. J. Singer and biochemist G.L. Nicolson presented a model of the structure of biological membranes which is the basis of the model that we use for biological membranes today. It was called the fluid mosaic model. Explain why this name is appropriate as it represents the very nature of biological membranes.
