ZONES AND SPACES Define the hierarchy of your assets using zones and spaces. Zone can be for example a region of the country, city district, street, or even one space. Space can be a specific parking space, EV charger or even a rental point/car.
ID-‐TAGS Each asset may have its own easily recognizable ID-‐tag, like QR-‐code or NFC-‐tag to make it easier for the user to iden8fy the charger. NOW! mobile app recognizes the asset by asset ID, QR-‐code, NFC-‐tag or even by the GPS-‐coordinate and the user can start the service immediately.
GEO-‐DATA AND MAP Develop your own hierarchy of geo-‐data or use already exis8ng ones to configure the basis for the asset management. Provide live-‐maps for the users in self-‐service portal or 3rd party apps using live KML-‐feed.

CUSTOMER CLASSES Customer class defines customer profile or type. With simple steps you can set up various customer classes to enable different business rules that impact the registra8on process, billing rules, tariffs applied, credit processing, payment channels etc.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Customer accounts func8onality allows you to keep an eye of all customer-‐related informa8on from account seWngs, customer ID-‐tools (mobile phones, ID-‐cards), business rules, transac8on history, permits, fines, support 8ckets, etc. CUSTOMER SUPPORT In order to provide an excellent customer service never loose track of the customers’ needs and requests. All customer issues are related to specific accounts. You can instantly communicate with customers using SMS service or e-‐mails.

MOBILE WALLETS Once a customer has set up the account it includes a personal mobile wallet connected to the preferred payment channel. DYNAMIC TARIFFS Tariff tools allow defining unit based prices and apply dynamic rates based on 8mes or loca8on policies. PRICING PACKAGES You can combine tariffs into pricing packages and add customer or ID-‐tools based pricing rules.

BILLING Depending on your business logic the client accounts can be pre-‐paid, post-‐paid or based on a pay-‐as-‐you-‐go principle. In addi8on you can offer coupons, permits and single 8ckets. CREDIT CONTROL Automa8c rou8ne processes help you monitor and enhance the credit behaviour of your customers. If necessary you can offer refunds and issue credit notes/invoices to customers. Automa8c import of bank statements helps tracking the account balances.

CUSTOMER PORTAL Customer portal gives the overview of transac8on history, invoices, ID-‐tools, subscrip8on packages, account seWngs etc. MOBILE INTERFACE With mobile phone customers can subscribe to the service, see the charging network map, start and stop their parking and charging sessions and see the account balance.
ID-‐TAGS We also support mul8ple ID-‐tags for transac8on ini8a8on, e.g. RFID-‐cards, NFC-‐tags, license plates, apps, etc.
SERVICE DESIGN REPORTS You can tweak and develop your business logic with a number of different repor8ng tools delivering graphic reports, tables and CSV export-‐files. API-‐CONNECTIONS Using industry standard open protocols we can link the Pla@orm with various hardware providers and 3rd party services. LOCALIZATION AND CUSTOMIZATION NOW!
