We  are  bit  low  on  raising,  so  start  going  on  mee-ngs  again  to  get  right  pipeline  of  raising

Work  with  the  EP  Grouping  to  focus  on  'Match  ASAP'  EPs  and  get  them  match  in  max  1  month        

       Have  your  EPs  apply  to  Golden  Form  TNs      

         Share  all  the  tools  with  your  EP  Managers  and  TLs  because  they  are  the  ones  that  are  doing  the  matching    

           Match  with  opportuni-es  you  receive...ask  fast  on  those!

               

gcdp focus ICX ogx Thanks  to  Praha  with  23  RE,  Ostrava  with  12  RE,  Zlín  and  

Hradec  with  8  RE,  Karviná  with  7,  ČZU  with  5  and  Pilsen  with  4  RE  we  achieved  67  RE.  That  is  meand  that  we  will  beat  last  term  results  in  this  quartal  if  we  can  do  8  RE  more  :-­‐)  

                       

VPs  please  find  -me  and  be  prepared  for  our  skype.    You  need  to  know  which  of  your  EPs  are  in  Matching  process  and  which  s-ll  didn´t  apply  anywhere.        

       Go  through  your  EP  forms  and  upade  them.  Some  of  them  are  missing  informa-on  about  preferences  of    Countries,  dates  when  they  can  go  out  are  old  or  they  search  for  issues  in  areas  where  it  ´s  not  possible  from  the  Demand  part.  

             Be  sure  that  you  have  set  ac-on  plan  with  your  EPs.  They  are  approaching  TNs.  Don´t  be  affraid  to  give  them  DDLs.  

             

Be  aware  about  problems  in  Srí  lanka  -­‐  Viza  issue  -­‐  don´t  MA  there,  Thailand  and  Vietnam  -­‐  situa-on  in  the  country.
