GCDPi – NPS Issues
Main comments: • NPS progress is visible in LCs,
where they focused on NPS tracking
• Still low Response Rate – Need to communicate WHY is NPS important for us
• Still 4 open cases nationally! • Transition for NPS is very needed
How to improve NPS? • Debriefings • Trainee Leader • Good Train the Trainees • Effective communication (Trainees
have all possible info) • Planned activities in advance
GCDPi – What happened?
Additional points: • We have offer from IPM (project company for
certification) they will help us with processes. • 2 sold summer camps – 16 ČZU, 6 Plzeň. The
rest is still missing (numbers were planned for November, we are LATE!)
