By using a wide variety of stretching techniques and foam rolling, this class will increase flexibility and re-lease muscle tension. Pi-lates bases core stabiliza-tion and lengthening tech-niques will also be includ-ed. STRETCH MAX will help with injury preven-tion, sore muscles, flexi-bility and core stabiliza-tion .
