Challenges and Solutions

• Challenge: getting partners to attend meetings regularly (we are a large county geographically)– Solution: FIELD TRIPS!

• Challenge: Starting a new group from scratch without adding ‘extra’ work – Solution: Focus on working smarter, not

harder, positive attitude, drawing upon already established relationships and goals

How the Peer Exchange Helped:•We were able to learn in greater detail about our neighbor-County’s program

•We were able to great ideas and much appreciated advice

•We discovered that we have the same concerns and challenges
