CANCELLATION POLICY

If the exhibitor cancels on or before July 5, 2019 A service charge of $100 will be assessed for each 10’x10’ booth area. The balance will be refunded to the exhibitor after the exhibition has ended.

If the exhibitor cancels after July 5, 2019The entire booth rental fee is forfeited. Canceling forfeits all of its complimentary meeting registrations. NAGC may cancel the exhibitor’s booth space for cause at any time and retain the entire rental fee. NAGC19 Exhibitor Terms and Conditions presented and accepted through online rental process.

Family Day at NAGC19Parents, teachers, and others from the local community will be invited to attend Family Day, a FREE event on Saturday, November 9 that helps parents access resources, as well as learn the ins and outs of raising a gifted child, and gives children the opportunity to experience exciting and interactive programming.
