FAQ’s How can you reach us? How can we reach you?

We utilize many free or mostly free methods of communication for LCWC. The club has an email address often used for inquiries from charity groups or prospective members. Artists will email requests regarding the Art Festival as well. This address, [email protected], is monitored by our volunteer website coordinator and she will forward the messages to the appropriate committee chair You can also email directly to the chairperson listed on our monthly agendas. By request- we do not publish these emails, except at our meetings.

How can I be sure to get emails and information about LCWC?

Yahoo Groups & Meetup are how we communicate to the LCWC members & potential members. Yahoo groups are private and can only be viewed by those that join the yahoo list. Some previous members may remain on the yahoo list- especially if they have indicated they may have interest in rejoining or supporting LCWC. To join the yahoo list please stay after a meeting & someone can help you, or send an email requesting to be added. Meetup is new to us and serves both for prospective and current members. To join LCWC on Meetup- visit: meetup.com

What if I want to send an email to all LCWC members on the yahoo list?

Please send email to: [email protected] . Emails sent to the entire group will have a delay of a few hours or up to a day, as volunteers moderate them.

Where can I send people to find out more about LCWC?

Our 3rd Tuesday 6:30pm socials & meetings are the best place to meet and find out about LCWC! Online you can find us too. Website: www.lakecountrywomensclub.org. Facebook & Meetup are used to highlight events to the public and to find new members. Social media is fast & easy to post/maintain information- be sure to like/share our posts and tag us with your LCWC photos! Where can I save LCWC documents?

First of all- thank you for being forward thinking! It is very helpful and timesaving if all documents are saved to the yahoo groups file storage area instead of only your own computer. Please log in to yahoo groups and visit the Lake Country Women’s Club page. Here you can save documents under files already there for each area. If you need help please email our website coordinator or the exec board.

Can I be part of the LCWC event planning?

Yes! We rotate leadership and encourage everyone to consider volunteering. Ideally we want each area to have at least 2 Co-chairs. Please email the current chair or co-chair of the area and attend a committee gathering to learn more.
