with Northern States

CREDAI Secretary, Rohit Raj Modi and CREDAI NCR President, Pankaj Bajaj presented CREDAI’s views and recommendations on the Transparency in RERA at the regional RERA workshop for North India organised by Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, chaired by Hon’ble Minister Of State - Housing And Urban Affairs, Shri. Hardeep Puri on November 14, 2018. Over 50 developers from CREDAI NCR attended the workshop.

I am Munna Kumar, Son of Mr. Manoj Singh from the middle-class family solely dependent on farming.When I was in eighth class, my father died in accident due to which the entire responsibility of the house came upon me.

Despite of yhe responsibilities, I continued my and completed 10th exam. After that I got a scope of working at an electric maintenance shop at Rs 2000 / month.

But I wanted to do something different as I knew that my monthly income is not sufficient for myself or my family.

One day I came to know about the skill training of UDICHI Skill and CREDAI Kaushal Kendra in Vikramganj. The one month course of Assistant Electrician course funded by PNB Housing Finance Limited is free for the students. When I contacted them, I came to know that not only it’s a free training but after the training, placement assistance would also be provided.

I enrolled for the course and cleared the assessment and today I am a certified skill person and got the job with double salary in hand. I am very grateful and thankful to UDICHI Skills, CREDAI Kaushal Kendra and PNB Housing Finance Ltd., they gave wings to my career with a new direction. I will recommend my friends to enrol for the training and reap the benefits.
