THOUGHTS FROM BRAD
It has been a great joy having Hannah Martin as ourChildrens Director. Hannah served faithfully at FACCfor the past fifteen months as she taught childrenabout Jesus and planned activities for them and theteens. She worked tirelessly to provide your childrenwith Biblical teaching in a creative way. She will bemissed. This past Sunday we announced her
resignation. We wish her the best wherever Godleads her into full-time work. Her last Sunday will beNovember 24th. That is the same day of our annualThanksgiving banquet. We want to give you anopportunity to say thanks to Hannah so that nightwe encourage you to send her away with a love gift.If you want to give her a letter of encouragement ora gift card, we will have a basket prominently placedfor you to do so.
One of the most beautiful promises in all of Scriptureis Revelation 21:4: "And God will wipe away everytear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."
One day all pain will be gone. All sorrow will begone. All mourning will be gone. That is the promisefrom God. There will be no more physical oremotional painno pain from a broken body or abroken heart, no more broken marriages, and no
more broken lives. Why? Because God will make allthings new.
Here is the promise of God to you: "Therefore, ifanyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old thingshave passed away; behold, all things have becomenew" (2 Corinthians 5:17).
You change when you truly follow Jesus. Oldvalues, ideas, plans, loves, desires, and beliefsvanish, and they are replaced by new things. You
have a new desire to know God and learn moreabout Him and a new desire to be led by the HolySpirit and be used by God. You have a new desire tobring glory to Godand yes, even a new desire toone day see God in heaven.
I hope you have a great day.
In His Service,
Brad

Last week in Childrens Church we
learned about how God sees
everything. We cant play Hide n Seek
with Him and we cant wear masks to

Servant-Minded Volunteer/Volunteers Needed!
There are two areas of service in the churchthat are in need of a leader. One position is
to take responsibility for decorating thechurch at Christmas and Easter. We all enjoythese special times of the year and your help
would bring great joy to all.
Also, in order to continue with the tradition oflive flowers in the sanctuary during Christmasand Easter, we are in need of a volunteer or
volunteers to take responsibility for thisministry. The task includes taking orders,
collecting funds and arranging for delivery tothe church. The sanctuary always looks
lovely with flowers; however, we will not beable to continue if we dont have someone to
take on this task.
If this sounds like something you would liketo do, please contact Julie Stuck at 654-2409or e-mail [email protected] as soon as
possible.
WELCOME TO FIFTH AVENUE!At FACC, we focus on loving God, loving people,
and turning the world upside down.
We are happy you chose to worship with us today. We hope you return next week and bring your
friends with you. If you would please take a fewminutes to fill out a Silent Roll Call Card, located
on the back of the pew, you can then place it in theoffering plate as it is passed. Thank you. For more
information about our great church, contact ourminister, Brad Seevers [email protected] call him at 740.550.9882. Have a great week and
may God bless your life.

How Can I Respond Today?
At FACC we look to the Bible for guidance on all
issues. We believe that Gods Word is clear
concerning what a person must do to become a
Christian.
Trust that Jesus can bring you to salvation. Turn (repent) from the sin in your life. Confess your desire to make Jesus the Lord
of your life.
Be baptized (immersed) in water for theforgiveness of sins and to receive the Holy
Spirit into your life.
To make this li fe decision for Chri st, we ask that you
come forward during our commitment song at the
conclusion of the Sunday message. Bapti zed believers
are welcome to become membersat FACC by coming
forward on Sunday morning or by seeing our Senior
Minister to discuss this further. We ask that you
complete a series of Curious classes to help you
better understand what you are committing to as a
member.
