DisplayDisplay
Now that the data for each patient are entered, you can choose the fields that you want to display in the database. All of the information is stored, but you don’t have to have all fields selected for viewing.
The following section shows how fields are selected for viewing.

FieldsFieldsSelect the fields you would like to display in the database from the left side and use the green arrows to move them to the right side. Using the yellow arrows and the 123 sequences, you can choose the order the fields will appear in.

Accessing DataAccessing Data
Once the data are in the database you can look at the data in many ways by building queries. Queries are used to gather specific information from the database. For example, a query could be built to list all patients that are female and had peak pressures above 50 N/cm2.
These queries can be saved for repeated use. They can also be printed to have a hardcopy report of data in the database.
The following section will describe these options.

Build QueryBuild QueryThe following query will display all patients over 50 years old with temporary sensation loss in the right or left foot who have had diabetes for more than 5 years and have peak pressures greater than 60 N/cm2 in the forefoot of the left or right foot.

Print ReportPrint ReportBy selecting the print report button, the query that has just been executed can be printed. All or part of the query can be printed. The entire database can also be printed using this same icon.
